Dutch consortium began production of millions of medical face masks for healthcare professionals in the Netherlands
On Apr. 28, 2020, the Dutch consortium of AFPRO Filters, Royal Auping, and Royal DSM began large-scale production of medical FFP2 facemasks in the Netherlands to protect healthcare workers against the coronavirus.
Fully developed production lines in Alkmaar and Deventer are capable of one million FFP2 facemasks per week.
