
Physio-Control was acquired by Stryker for for $1.28 Billion
On Apr. 5, 2016, Physio-Control was acquired by Michigan-based Stryker Corp. which acquired 100% of the stock of Redmond, Washington-based Physio-Control in an all cash transaction for $1.28 billion.
Physio-Control develops, manufactures and markets monitors/defibrillators, automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and CPR-assist devices along with data management and support services.
Physio-Control, a Bain Capital company, developed, manufactured and marketed monitors/defibrillators, AEDs and CPR-assist devices.
