On Oct. 7, 2020, Sonic Healthcare USA announced that it had launched a multiplex RT-PCR assay that combined testing for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and Influenza A/B with a single specimen collection.

This offering complement an existing COVID-19 Testing Program that includes both RT-PCR (Molecular) and Antibody (Serology) testing.
