On May 6, 2022, Novavax announced that deliveries of it’s COVID-19 vaccine continued around the world and the first doses arrived in Singapore.

The Singapore Health Sciences Authority previously granted interim authorization for Nuvaxovidﾙ (NVX-CoV2373) COVID-19 Vaccine (recombinant, adjuvanted) for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 in individuals 18 years of age and older. Nuvaxovid was the first protein-based vaccine authorized for use in Singapore.
