On Jun. 30, 2020, AquaBounty Technologies announced it had successfully commenced the commercial-scale harvest of conventional Atlantic salmon raised at its first farm in the U.S. This first harvest at its Albany, Indiana farm validated AquaBountyﾒs land-based Recirculating Aquaculture System model as an efficient and sustainable way to raise Atlantic salmon.
