On Sept. 2, 2011, the Monroe Cancer Center opened as a joint venture between Karmanos Cancer Institute, Mercy Memorial Hospital System, and ProMedica of Toledo.

Their center’s Cancer Connection program provides cancer support services thanks to funding from United Way of Monroe.

This 13,000 square foot facility includes physician offices and offers laboratory and other oncology-related services.
