In 2002, Soy Creations, A Division of Triple ‘F’ Inc, and a corporate partner of Iowa State University’s  (ISU) NASA Food Technology Commercial Space Center (FTCSC)  developed a soy chili that was approved on the NASA menu.

The NASA Food Technology Commercial Space Center at Iowa State University closed on Dec. 30, 2008 with several successes in its six years of work.
