In 1998, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital’s new state-of-the-art pediatric medical complex was opened. Built with private funding and bond revenues, Doernbecher provides the widest range of health care services for children in the region.

Today, Doernbecher offers the most advanced neonatal intensive care in the region, and is consistently ranked among the top pediatric neonatal programs in the nation.
