The University of Minnesota Cancer Center was renamed the Masonic Cancer Center

In 1998, The University of Minnesota Cancer Center, which was founded in 1991, was renamed the Masonic Cancer Center (MCC).

It is now part of the University’s Academic Health Center, which also includes the Medical School, School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, School of Public Health and College of Veterinary Medicine.
