On Sept. 10, 1922, the Arkansas Childrenﾒs Home Society moved into the newly-named ‘C.A. Forney-Smith Receiving Home.’ The old E.S. Hilliard Receiving Home was sold to a Little Rock physician for a profit of $4,000.
