In 1955, The Mayo Clinic Heritage Hall museum opened in Rochester, Minnesota with a generous gift from John T. and Lillian G. Mathews. The Heritage Hall, managed by the Department of Development, celebrates the values and vision of Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic Heritage Hall museums are also located within the Mayo’s Arizona and Florida facilities.
