On Jan. 22, 2021, Humanigen announced an expansion to the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) that the company previously entered into with the Department of Defense, to gain access to manufacturing capacity reserved by the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). The agreement supported development of lenzilumab in advance of a potential Emergency Use Authorization for COVID-19.
