In 1980, Trans Ova Genetics, now a Urus company, was founded under the vision of Dr. David Faber, as a premier ‘on-farm’ embryo transfer service organization which was an extension of a large-animal veterinary practice.

Thirty years later, the original embryo transfer team members: Dr. Faber, Dr. Daryl Funk and Diane Broek, were still actively involved in the business.
