On Jan. 7, 2020, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center announced Dr. Thomas J. Lynch Jr. as the new Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s president and director.

Lynch was most recently chief scientific officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he led the company’s research and development efforts in cancer, cardiovascular disease, fibrosis and immunoscience.
