The US Department of Defense recommended adults 75 and older should seek COVID-19 vaccine
On Jan. 21, 2021, the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) recommended that adults ages 75 and older should receive a COVID-19 vaccine as part of its official Vaccination Program across the U.S. The DOD and the Military Health System encouraged all beneficiaries in that age group to access vaccines through their closest military medical treatment facility.
