In 1873, St. Luke’s Hospital, now known as St. Vincent’s Medical Center Southside, was the very first private hospital in Jacksonville, is the oldest private hospital in Florida, and joined the St. Vincent’s HealthCare Family in 2008.

The 313-bed facility, located on the Southside of Jacksonville, is a full-tertiary care hospital that serves inpatient, outpatient and emergency care patients.
