In 2010, Hanger announced that it will relocate it’s corporate headquarters was relocated from Bethesda, MD to Austin, TX.

In September, 2020, Hanger Officially Opened its Austin headquarters supported with a $500,000 economic development package to be distributed to the company over the five years. Hanger estimated hiring 145 employees for its new 75,000-square-foot location.
