Five U.S. cancer scientists met with Russian scientists in Moscow to exchange information on cancer drugs

On Jun. 30, 1972, five U.S .cancer scientists met with Russian scientists in Moscow to exchange information on cancer drugs. In a ceremony at the Academy of Medical Sciences, Dr. John B. Moloney of the Na tional Cancer Institute, Bethes da, Md. handed over a box containing 13 viruses species discovered and studied in the United States. The collection included one virus suspected of being linked to human cancer.
