CDC partnered with Public Health laboratories to define optimal size for influenza virologic surveillance
On Jul. 2, 2013 the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) partnered with Association of Public Health laboratories to define the optimal right size for influenza virologic surveillance.
The project produced right-size calculators; statistical tools that help states determine the optimal amount of influenza testing needed for desired confidence levels of surveillance.
