On Sep. 29, 2023, the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) launched a program to develop new technologies that will automatically deliver treatments and monitor for disease from within an individualﾒs body.

These technologies resulted in improved patient self-care and affordability of long-term treatments.
