On Oct. 31, 2020, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that 389,040 state-of-the-art Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 rapid tests have been distributed at no cost to 83 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HCBUﾒs) in 24 states.
