Pfizer and BioNTech announced agreement with U.S. Government to provide additional doses of COVID-19 Vaccine
On Jun. 30, 2022, Pfizer and BioNTech announced a vaccine supply agreement with the U.S. government to support the continued fight against COVID-19. Under the agreement, the U.S. government received 105 million doses (30 ᄉg, 10 ᄉg and 3 ᄉg).
This may include adult Omicron-adapted COVID-19 vaccines, subject to authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The doses were planned to be delivered in the late summer 2022.
