On Feb. 26, 2020, Georgia Institute of Technology and Shriners Hospitals for Children announced a collaborative research affiliation to help children with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury and other conditions.

The research affiliation brought together the clinical, surgical, and scientific expertise of Shriners Hospitals for Children physicians and researchers with Georgia Tech’s cutting-edge expertise in biomedical engineering, robotics, and device development.
