Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement Act required a study to make information about prescription drugs available to the visually impaired
On May 20, 2004, the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act, signed in 2003, required among other elements, that a study be conducted of how current and emerging technologies can be utilized to make essential information about prescription drugs available to the blind and visually impaired.
